Welcome to Schomberg
King Township Volunteer Award

The Schomberg Village Association has been recognized with a King Township Volunteer Appreciation Award for 2022. It's a recognition for the extra work that took place over the last two years as we created a Covid-friendly A Main Street Christmas celebration.
We appreciate the recognition, and look forward to holding the A Main Street Christmas celebration back on Main Street in 2022!
Christmas Tree Lighting

This year we kicked off the Christmas season with our traditional A Main Street Christmas, Christmas Tree Lighting by illuminating a new tree!
With the help of the Township Community Services (formerly the Parks, Recreation and Culture) department our Christmas tree lighting took place on Sunday, November 28 at 5 PM.
The event was live streamed on Facebook, and was open to everyone on site as well.

The 2021 A Main Street Christmas Celebration - featuring the Farmers' Parade of Lights is over!
Thank you so much to everyone who participated; either as a volunteer, an attendee, or as one of many of the unseen support staff in the Township, the police, health and fire departments.
