The Schomberg Christmas Market Vendor Application
The Schomberg Village Association (SVA) would like to support local artisans and independent sellers this Christmas Season.
Thank you for inquiring about joining our Christmas Market. We are happy to bring your quality products to our Village through our online directory.
All vendors will be charged a $25 admin fee to be set up in our market.

The Schomberg Christmas Market will run from November 20 to December 23 2020. The Schomberg Village Association has sole discretion of vendor acceptance. Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a reply with your acceptance or other. Please make sure your application is complete and the image you supply is a jpg. This is a web-based market and you must have a website or social media page that displays your products to buyers. The cost to host your products in the Christmas Market is $25. We are a non-profit organization and cannot take money for any product exchange. The fee is for administrative and hosting fees. An e-transfer is recommended and alternatively a cheque can be mailed. No sales will take place on our website. Seller is fully responsible for the sale and delivery of their products. Seller must provide their delivery method to the SVA in a written description. Deliveries must be made in a timely manner and clearly communicated to the buyer. Please keep Holiday shipping deadlines in mind when arranging delivery of goods.
The SVA has arranged with Sugar and Spice Bakeshop and Cafe located at 307 Main Street, Schomberg L0G 1T0 for local parcel drop off. For local mail delivery send to 453 Main Street L0G 1T0 PO Box 257 (these will be available for pick up at Sugar and Spice).The intent is to provide a pick up location to help reduce delivery costs to our sellers. Each order must be individually wrapped and labeled with the number of products and the buyers name clearly marked. We encourage privacy and suggest that the orders are wrapped obscurely to conceal the purchase. The SVA and Sugar and Spice Bakeshop will not be liable for any products missing, damaged or other. Seller assumes all responsibility for their products and transactions.
